Center Students Shine at AMTP Conference in Myrtle Beach!

From March 28 to April 1, students from the Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication traveled to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to attend the AMTP Conference for the second year in a row. This annual gathering brought together students, researchers, and distinguished professionals from across the country, offering an incredible space for learning, connection, and growth.

During the conference, our students not only attended engaging sessions but also had the opportunity to actively participate and showcase their work. A highlight of the experience was the chance to strengthen their public speaking skills, as they presented research and shared ideas in a professional academic setting. They also connected with leading pillars of the academic world, gaining valuable insights and inspiration from experts in the field.

Beyond the sessions, students explored Myrtle Beach and enjoyed time together outside of the conference environment!

We are especially excited to share that Ciera Lewis received the Best Paper Award, an incredible achievement that reflects her hard work, dedication, and excellence.

We are incredibly proud of our students for their outstanding performance, professionalism, and enthusiasm throughout the trip. Their dedication and growth were evident in every aspect of the experience. We are also deeply grateful to be able to provide opportunities like this, allowing our students to expand their horizons and take meaningful steps toward their future careers.
